We believe accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time check. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA success criteria across the public areas of this site.

Our commitment

We strive to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, regardless of how they access the web. This includes compatibility with screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

What we are doing

  • Using semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so pages work with assistive technology.
  • Maintaining color-contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
  • Ensuring all interactive elements are reachable and usable with a keyboard.
  • Providing visible focus indicators and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Writing descriptive labels and alt text for images and forms.
  • Testing pages with automated tools and manual keyboard/screen-reader checks.
  • Using accessible component libraries (Radix UI / shadcn primitives) for dialogs, menus, and forms.
  • Designing responsive layouts that work on desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.

Third-party content

Some parts of our site use embedded third-party services such as live chat and maps. While we choose providers with accessibility in mind, we cannot fully control their accessibility. If a third-party widget creates a barrier for you, please let us know and we will provide the same information through an alternative channel.

Conformance status

The public areas of this site are designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are continuously reviewing and improving pages as content, features, and standards evolve. This statement was last reviewed on August 18, 2026.

How to request help or report an issue

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this site, or if you need information in an alternative format, we want to hear from you. Please contact us and we will respond promptly.

When you contact us, please describe the page or feature you were using and the assistive technology involved, if any. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need in a way that works for you.

Feedback and enforcement

We take accessibility feedback seriously. If you encounter a barrier, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it in a timely manner. We also encourage users to contact us before pursuing formal remedies so we have the opportunity to address concerns directly.
